These terms govern your use of promptsanai.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Promptsanai is a library of structured prompt templates for use with third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini). We are not affiliated with, and do not warrant the output of, any third-party AI provider.

2. Accounts and tiers

Anonymous visitors may copy a limited number of free prompts. Creating a free account removes that limit for free-tier prompts. Higher tiers (Pro, Pro+) unlock additional prompts as they become available. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, bulk-download, or resell the prompt library
Attempt to circumvent the free-tier limit through automated means
Use the Service to generate content that is illegal or infringes third-party rights
Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure

4. Intellectual property

The prompt text, structure, and library organisation are owned by Promptsanai. You may use copied prompts for your own work, including commercial work. You may not republish or resell the prompts themselves as a competing product.

5. No warranty

The Service and its prompts are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Output produced by third-party AI tools using our prompts is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose — always review AI-generated output before relying on it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptsanai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of any third-party AI tool.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Promptsanai is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
